第一天
香港高鐵站集合，乘坐高鐵往潮州 → 午餐 → 丁氏宗祠、從熙公祠 → 晚餐 → 酒店
第二天
酒店出發 → 中國瓷都陳列館及陶瓷工作坊 → 百師園創意館 → 午餐 → 廣濟橋 → 牌坊街及古城 → 晚餐 → 車上香港教師帶領學生鞏固與反思當天所學 → 酒店
第三天
酒店出發 → 陳慈黌故居 → 午餐 → 韓公祠 → 車上香港教師帶領學生鞏固與反思當天所學 → 由潮州乘坐高鐵返回香港高鐵站
